This old mill, built in the mid-1800's, can be found after a short drive through the bison range in Minneopa State Park, in Minnesota. It is located high on a hill, making it a great spot to view the bison and the surrounding landscape.

Captain William Bierbauer, 1826-1893, owned the first & longest-lived of Mankato’s Breweries with his brother, Jacob. Bierbauer Brewing Company was the first brewery built west of St. Paul, MN.

Sam Terrell played baseball for Mankato State College from approximately 1969 through 1973. He signed as a free agent with the Minnesota Twins and played one year at Geneva in the New York-Pennsylvania minor league. Mankato State College, 1973.
